      MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUEST GUIDELINES

1)      All journalists must be on assignment by a reputable media outlet

2)      The media credential request must be made by an assignment editor on company letterhead via email, fax or mail. Call-in requests will not be accepted

3)      Tear sheets, web links, discs of photos taken or audio files must be supplied to Rockingham Speedway before consideration is given for admission to further events

4)      Please indicate type of work the journalist will be doing on the request

5)      Each request should be made in the name or the journalist, title, address, contact (email & cell phone) information for both the assigning editor and attending journalist, plus website address, for the organization. Certificate of Workman’s Comp, for the entity, should also be submitted when requesting credentials.

6)      Media credential requests must be submitted at least one week in advance of the event
